Ryan McNally is the founder of RDM Technical and brings over a decade of experience across both the automotive industry and training sector. Starting his career as an HGV technician apprentice, Ryan developed a strong technical foundation before progressing into education, where he has held roles in teaching, assessment, programme management, and delivery leadership.

Ryan holds a Level 5 Certificate in Education, alongside CAVA (Level 3 Assessor), Lead IQA (Level 4), F-Gas, HGV Service and Maintenance Technician (Level 3), and Electric Vehicle technology (Level 3). He specialises in HGV, Autocare, and Light Vehicle training, combining up-to-date technical expertise with a structured, learner-focused approach.

He has designed and delivered full apprenticeship programmes, led training teams, coordinated end-point assessments, and developed curricula that align with both industry standards and learner needs.

Ryan has a proven track record of improving key performance metrics, including QAR, first-time pass rates, and learner progression. By working closely with employers, mentors, and training providers, he ensures programmes are compliant, engaging, and deliver real, measurable outcomes.
